Breakin Coaches

I have been breakdancing since 2002. I currently run numerous clubs both in and out of schools across the county teaching breakdance. I believe in hard work and dedication but also having lots of fun!!! I try to provide as many opportunities as I can for the young people I teach. In the past 2 years I have taken my youth crews to battle in Major uk events including Brighton "Battle Jam" and the NASS festival. I have also organised a workshop for people in the area with Alien Ness who is a well known international bboy. I hope to provide more opportunities like this in the future including more events for young dancers to get together and exchange skills.

Achievements
As part of a pair I have won numerous uk competitions including;

Bonnie and Clyde battle as part of the brighton hip hop festival (July 2008).
Welsh champs (2006)
Bristol bboy convention (2006)
Bgirl pairs battle Brighton (2005)
B girl battle Liverpool (2004)

I have been breakin since the age of 15 and started at Gloucester guildhall. I have won numerous battles in cheltenham and have battled in many UK competitions. I do a lot of performance work and as part of a group called "Faction" I went to Bahrain to perform for the major formula 1 event. I have taught numerous workshops for various different age groups and in different settings across the county.

I Have been teaching breakin for about 5 years now at a variety of locations and classes including Coady Dance Studios and Everyman Theatre. I have taken part in workshops with Bboy Alien Ness and Bboy Machine who are 2 top breakdancers from the US. I have also taken part in many battles across the UK and abroad including Battle of the Year. I have also appeared on BBC tv and MTV.
